Wouldn’t it be better to go direct to a carrier?

As an independent broker, we work on your behalf as your advisor/partner. A common myth is working with a independent broker adds to cost, but nothing could be further from the truth. Our experience and market access allows us to source the most efficiently priced program in the marketplace.

Shouldn’t I hire a large publicly traded insurance broker?

We often find that the larger publicly traded brokers have a hard time understanding the medical malpractice marketplace, have limited access to carriers/solutions, and due to their regulations lack the ability to put together creative programs that are available in the market.

What is your territory and what specialties do you insure?

We have the ability to work with any specialty in all 50 states and US territories.

Our association is interested in starting a program, do you work with startups?

We are frequently working with associations of all types around the country on feasibility for group programs. We’d love to explore this opportunity with you and your group.

How soon can I get a proposal?

Once we understand your goals and needs and have all of the information required for underwriting, we can turnaround a proposal in a relatively short period of time.

What are your creative options?

We have access to stand alone and hybrid captives, risk purchasing options and other revenue share options.

When should I think about a captive or other creative solution?

Typically when premium gets to $750,000 or more we can bring more creative options to the table.
